Description
The facility represents “Trade complex Phase II of Landmark Bulgaria Retail Park” in Plovdiv. It consists of main two storey trade building 120,85/54,00m with intermediate floor 5107m2 and a single storey building 24,00/66,00m with partial intermediate floor 24,00/12,00m. The structures are from precast concrete elements with grid 24,00/12,00m. For the columns which are part of the intermediate floor the grid is 6,00/12,00m. The beams are pre-stressed 145cm in height and 24,00m in length. The purlins are trapezium-shaped with 60cm height and 12,00 or 6,00m length. For the intermediate floors 2T and hole-core panels are used. The project consists also in-situ building for restaurant and café, technical premises, elevators, steel staircases and peaks. The separate structures are divided by earthquake and temperature joints. |
